Another fantastic afternoon of junior racing at Hickling Broad Sailing Club this week!
Its great to see our young sailors continuing to build confidence and develop their racing skills, with Vice Commodore Ted Hill leading the session brilliantly—his clear guidance helping everyone get the most out of the course.
With ideal conditions, the fleet featured an exciting mix of boats including a Wayfarer, Tera, Pico, Bug and Toppers, making for varied and engaging racing. The action even caught the attention of the Ranger, who came by to take a look!
After racing, everyone enjoyed a well-earned sausage and mash—huge thanks to Ros, Nigel, and all the adult helpers for their time and support in making the day run so smoothly.
Were really pleased with how junior racing is growing and cant wait to see even more sailors on the water at our next session in a fortnight!
