Health and Safety Updates

It is important to us as a club that you are safe and well looked after whilst on site. Should you be involved in an accident or near accident whilst at the club, please complete the Accident and Incident form to support us in avoiding future occurrences. 

In a similar vein, we hear a lot in sport at the moment about concussion injuries, particularly in football and rugby. Anyone who has not ducked sufficiently whilst gybing will recognise this is also the case in sailing. As a result of which, the RYA have provided some up to date information regarding symptoms and treatments of head injuries. This is really important for ALL of us to read as it is not just about looking after yourself, but also others who may not realise they are concussed.
